Custom Peptide Synthesis Service

Creative Biolabs provides a comprehensive service portfolio in custom peptide synthesis. We have developed a proprietary custom peptide synthesis platform using modern, automated synthesizers. Our services are featured with the fastest turnaround time and the most competitive price in the industry.

Creative Biolabs has the capacity for both small and large-scale peptide synthesis ranging from milligram to kilogram. Custom synthesis for large, unusual and specially designed peptides is available upon request. Each peptide undergoes mass spectral quality control before shipment; purified peptides are shipped with HPLC analysis data. In addition, we offer a full range of labeling and modification options, including but not limited to, acetylation, amidation, biotinylation, fluorescein, formylation, methylation, myristylation, phophorylation (serine, tyrosine, threonine), cyclization and conjugation [Keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH), ovalbumin (OVA), bovine serum albumin (BSA) or multiple antigen peptide (MAP)].

Of note, we are professional in designing and synthesizing high-quality peptides in line with the ultimate applications of the derivative antibodies. In particular, to design peptide immunogens for production of antibodies recognizing a native antigen, we will try to get the structure of the protein and then identify the peptide regions that display on the protein surface first. Then the regions will be used to design peptide immunogens that represent linear epitopes [in contrast to conformational epitopes that disappear when the protein is denatured]. At the same time, the peptide must be easy to be synthesized, easy to be conjugated, stable, soluble in water, immunogenic in the host animals and specific for the target protein.
