anti-HCV TCR, pLPCX(TCR-L047)
The vector of anti-HCV T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target HCV. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing HCV-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of HCV infection.

Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is a small (55–65 nm in size), enveloped, positive-sense single-stranded RNA virus of the family Flaviviridae. Hepatitis C virus is the cause of hepatitis C and some cancer lymphomas in humans.
