The vector of anti-p53 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human p53. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing p53-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of cancer, allergies, viral infections and autoimmune disorders.
