Anti-PPI T cell receptor (3F2), pCDTCR1(TCR-C221Z)

The vector of anti-PPI T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human PPI. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing PPI-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Type 1 diabetes.
