Particularly, we offer our clients a special pipeline of antigen-specific TCR-T cell generation in terms of the method of direct targeting of human tumors using autologous TILs to meet your needs. We also provide TCRs generated from phage display. The phage surface display is an effective technology optimized by our expert team, which will be signally promoting the ability of recognition to tumor antigen. In addition, TCR transgenic model is developed by Creative Biolabs to determine the magnitude of T cell tolerance to tumor-associated antigen. T cells are incubated with tumor cells from the patient and TCR genes are cloned from T cells that react to the tumor cells so that high-affinity TCRs for the target antigen are generated.
