| Target/Description | This ELISA kit uses a sandwich assay to detect DNMT3L. After coating the plate with an antibody, samples and biotin-conjugated reagent are added. After washing, an HRP-conjugated reagent is added and unbound conjugates are removed. TMB substrate is used to measure the HRP enzymatic reaction, with the resulting color change being directly proportional to the amount of DNMT3L present. The OD at 450 nm is measured to determine the concentration of DNMT3L. |
