Overview

This A431 Cell Nuclear Lysate is prepared from A431 cell lines under optimized conditions to preserve protein integrity. Cells were washed with PBS and lysed in buffer containing HEPES, KCl, EDTA, NP-40, and DTT with a broad-spectrum protease inhibitor cocktail. Nuclei were subsequently isolated and extracted in a Tris-based buffer with additional protease inhibitors. The resulting lysate preserves protein activity and is suitable for a wide range of protein-related applications.
