Human Primary Pulmonary Alveolar Epithelial Cell Lysate (CAT#: DBFF-0825-HX920)

Datasheet

Overview

Human Primary Pulmonary Alveolar Epithelial Cell Lysate is derived from primary cells at a lower passage using a modified RIPA buffer. After dilution, the lysate is stored in a buffer containing Tris-HCl (pH 6.8), 5% glycerol, 1% SDS, bromphenol blue, and β-mercaptoethanol. This ready-to-use sample offers a time and energy-saving option for biological researchers.

Dry ice.
Storage
Store at -80°C or below. It is recommended to aliquot the lysate and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

FAQs

  1. How is the lysate prepared?

The lysate is prepared from early passage cells using a modified RIPA buffer. The concentration is determined before dilution and storage in a buffer.

  2. How many freeze/thaw cycles can the lysate withstand?

We have not verified the number of freeze/thaw cycles the lysate can withstand, but we recommend aliquoting the sample for storage to minimize repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
