Overview

MCF-7 Cell Nuclear Lysate from Creative Biolabs is provided at a defined protein concentration and is suitable for a wide range of protein-related applications. The cell lysate is prepared by washing cells with PBS and lysing them on ice in a modified RIPA buffer supplemented with a broad-spectrum protease inhibitor cocktail and phosphatase inhibitors to preserve protein integrity.

Handling Notes
For Western blot, dilute lysates to the desired concentration in SDS-PAGE buffer with a reducing agent (2-mercaptoethanol or DTT) and heat at 95°C for 5 minutes before use.
