Used to study arteriovenous malformations of the brain and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in artery disease (multiple); breast cancer; hemangioma (multiple); and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia. Orthologous to human ENG (endoglin).
