PRODUCT INFORMATION
Description
Cyclo(Arg-Gly-Asp-D-Phe-Cys) TFA is a conformationally constrained cyclic pentapeptide exhibiting selective binding affinity for αvβ3 integrin. This peptide has been shown to suppress pluripotency-associated gene expression in embryonic stem cells in vitro. It is also used to inhibit tumorigenesis in animal models, demonstrating its utility as a research tool in oncology and stem cell biology.
