Cyclo(Arg-Gly-Asp-D-Phe-Val) TFA, also known as Cyclo(RGDfV), is a potent and selective inhibitor of integrin αvβ3. It has demonstrated cytotoxic properties in certain in vitro systems and is often used as a standard research tool in the study of integrin-mediated processes, particularly in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell models where this integrin is overexpressed.
