Description
LyP-2 (Cys-Asn-Arg-Arg-Thr-Lys-Ala-Gly-Cys) is a tumor-lymphatic-targeting nonapeptide. It exhibits selective homing to lymphatic vessels in several tumor models, such as C8161 melanoma and K14-HPV16-induced carcinomas. It is a research tool used to study lymphatic vessel targeting and to differentiate between tumor and normal tissue lymphatics in preclinical models.
