Recombinant Anti-albumin x Anti-IL-6R Bispecific Antibody (scIgG) is designed to be expressed as two chains, each chain has the same units with their parental IgG antibodies, anti-albumin and anti-IL-6R IgGs. The two chains form heterodimer via Fc KIH technology. This BsAb can act as PK-modulated receptor antagonist. It is designed for the research of Lupus, rheumatoid arthritis therapy.
