Recombinant Anti-albumin x Anti-IL-6R Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-albumin and anti-IL-6R antibodies, fused to the N-terminus and C-terminus of the Fc separately. This BsAb is bispecific, tetravelant, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. It can act as PK-modulated receptor antagonist. It is designed for the research of Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE); Rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
