Recombinant Anti-Ang2 x Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (Bibody) is a Fab-VHH format that uses heterodimeric Fab as a scaffold, and a VHH region linked to one of its heavy (Fd) or light (L) chain. The VHH of the anti-VEGFA specificity is fused to the anti-Ang2 heavy or light chain of the Fab. This BsAb is capable of inhibiting two proangiogenics fators and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone. It is designed for the research of Colorectal cancer (CRC); Solid tumors; Wet AMD (Age-related macular degeneration); Diabetic macular edema therapy.
