Recombinant Human Anti-Ang2 x Human Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (F(ab')2-scFv2) (BABFV-H196)

Recombinant Anti-Ang2 x Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (F(ab')2-scFv2) is designed to be expressed as two chains combined via a hinge region. The scFv of the anti-Ang2 specificity is fused to the C terminus of the anti-VEGFA Fab fragment, or vice versa. This format comprises four binding sites (two same scFv regions and two same Fab fragments), two for each antigen. This BsAb is capable of inhibiting two proangiogenics fators and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone. It is designed for the research of Colorectal cancer (CRC); Solid tumors; Wet AMD (Age-related macular degeneration); Diabetic macular edema therapy.
