Recombinant Anti-Ang2 x Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (Fab-IgG) (FABIG-008)

Recombinant Anti-Ang2 x Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (Fab-IgG) is designed to be expressed as three chains, assembling in vivo and resulting in the construct of Fab-IgG (Tandem Fab-Fc). Fab-IgG has standard Fab and Fc domains, with no mutations, which may permit it has similar affinity binding and PK profile comparable to the parental antibodies. This BsAb is capable of inhibiting two proangiogenics fators and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone. It is designed for the research of Colorectal cancer (CRC); Solid tumors; Wet AMD (Age-related macular degeneration); Diabetic macular edema therapy.
