Recombinant Anti-Ang2 x Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-Ang2 and anti-VEGFA antibodies. The VH and VL domains form an inter-chain pairing. The diabody with different specificities is fused to the Fc fragment, which results in 2+2 antigen-binding valency and exerts Fc-mediated functions or just extends the half-life. This BsAb is capable of inhibiting two proangiogenics fators and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone. It is designed for the research of Colorectal cancer (CRC); Solid tumors; Wet AMD (Age-related macular degeneration); Diabetic macular edema therapy.
