Recombinant Anti-BAFF x Anti-B7RP1 Bispecific Antibody (Bibody) (BIBD-018)

Recombinant Anti-BAFF x Anti-B7RP1 Bispecific Antibody (Bibody) is a Fab-scFv format that uses heterodimeric Fab as a scaffold, and a scFv region linked to one of its heavy (Fd) or light (L) chain. The scFv of the anti-BAFF specificity is fused to the anti-BAFF heavy or light chain of the Fab. This BsAb can bind and inactivate two ligands simultaneously. It can inhibit B cell survival and T cell costimulation. It is designed for the research of Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) therapy.
