Recombinant Anti-BAFF x Anti-IL17 Bispecific Antibody (Bibody) is a Fab-scFv format that uses heterodimeric Fab as a scaffold, and a scFv region linked to one of its heavy (Fd) or light (L) chain. The scFv of the anti-BAFF specificity is fused to the anti-BAFF heavy or light chain of the Fab. This BsAb can neutralize both BAFF and IL- 17 simultaneously. It is designed for the research of Lupus Nephritis (LN); Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE); Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA); Psoriasis (Ps); Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS); Psoriatic Arthritis (PA) primary Sjögren's Syndrome (pSS); Multiple Myeloma (MM) therapy.
