Recombinant Human Anti-BAFF x Human Anti-IL17 Bispecific Antibody (F(ab')2-scFv2) (BABFV-H199)

Recombinant Anti-BAFF x Anti-IL17 Bispecific Antibody (F(ab')2-scFv2) is designed to be expressed as two chains combined via a hinge region. The scFv of the anti-BAFF specificity is fused to the C terminus of the anti-IL17 Fab fragment, or vice versa. This format comprises four binding sites (two same scFv regions and two same Fab fragments), two for each antigen. This BsAb can neutralize both BAFF and IL- 17 simultaneously. It is designed for the research of Lupus Nephritis (LN); Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE); Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA); Psoriasis (Ps); Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS); Psoriatic Arthritis (PA) primary Sjögren's Syndrome (pSS); Multiple Myeloma (MM) therapy.
