Recombinant Anti-BSA x Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (BsIgG) is designed to be expressed as four chains with Fc mutations to form heterodimers. It has the general size and structure of a conventional IgG. The Fc region also engineered to decrease Fc-mediated functions, but remains the half-life. This BsAb can be a control in the functional assay of the CD3-related BsAbs.
