Recombinant Anti-CD16 x Anti-CD32B Bispecific Antibody (Fab-Fv) is designed to be expressed as two polypeptide chains. The heavy chain Fd fragment and light chain of an anti-CD16 antibody are fused with the VL and VH domains of an anti-CD32B antibody respectively. It can form natural in vivo heterodimerization. This BsAb is capable of cross-linking of FcγR to activate neutrophils and mediating cellular responses. It is designed for the research of Solid tumors therapy.
