Recombinant Anti-CD16 x Anti-EGFR Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-CD16 and anti-EGFR antibodies, fused to the N-terminus and C-terminus of the Fc separately. This BsAb is bispecific, tetravelant, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. It can retarget NK cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Head and neck cancer; Colorectal cancer (CRC); Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM); Squamous cancer; Glioblastoma; Medulloblastoma; Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); Renal cell cancer (RCC); Solid tumors therapy.
