Recombinant Anti-CD3 x Anti-PSMA Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-CD3 and anti-PSMA antibodies, fused to the N-terminus and C-terminus of the Fc separately. This BsAb is bispecific, tetravelant, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. It can retarget T cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Prostate cancer therapy.
