Recombinant Anti-CD30 x Anti-CD28 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for CD30 and a central site for CD28. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget T cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Neuroblastoma; Osteosarcoma; Hodgkin lymphoma; T cell lymphoma; Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) therapy.
