Recombinant Anti-CD317 x Anti-CD16 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for CD317 and a central site for CD16. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget NK cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Multiple myeloma (MM) therapy.
