Recombinant Anti-CD32B x Anti-CD79B Bispecific Antibody (Bi-sdAb) is designed to be expressed as a sdAb from anti-CD32B antibody variable domains fused with a sdAb from an anti-CD79B antibody variable domains. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. The BsAb exits as monomer in reducing and non-reducing conditions. This BsAb can regulate B-cell modulation. It is designed for the research of Immune diseases therapy.
