Recombinant Anti-CD33 x Anti-CD16 Bispecific Antibody (IgG-sdAb) is designed to be expressed as a LC and an extended HC with a sdAb linked to the C terminus. It is a symmetric bispecific and tetravalent molecule, bivalent for each antigen specificity, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. This BsAb can retarget NK cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Acute myeloid leukemia (AML); Ulcerative Colitis (UC); Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS); Gastric cancer therapy. As required, the sdAb can also be fused to the C terminus of the LC.
