Recombinant Anti-CD33 x Anti-DENV Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb) (CAT#: HCAB-035)
Recombinant Anti-CD33 x Anti-DENV Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-CD33 and anti-DENV antibodies. The VH and VL domains form an inter-chain pairing. The diabody with different specificities is fused to the Fc fragment, which results in 2+2 antigen-binding valency and exerts Fc-mediated functions or just extends the half-life. This BsAb is designed for the research of antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) and dengue virus infection.
