Recombinant Anti-CD38 x Anti-CD59 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for CD38 and a central site for CD59. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can recruit complement to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Multiple myeloma (MM); Hematologic malignancies therapy.
