Recombinant Anti-CD40 x Anti-CD28 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for CD40 and a central site for CD28. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can increase T-cell proliferation, induce DC maturation and prime efficacy of cytotoxic T cells. It is designed for the research of Acute myeloid leukaemic (AML) therapy.
