Recombinant Anti-CD55 x Anti-HLA-A Bispecific Antibody (Fab-scFv-Fc) (CAT#: FABVC-124)
Recombinant Anti-CD55 x Anti-HLA-A Bispecific Antibody (Fab-scFv-Fc) requires expression of three polypeptide chains, encoding two heavy chains (Fc-containing chains) and one light chain, respectively. The Fab of anti-CD55 antibody variable domain is fused to the Fc-knob domain with a hinge region and the same as the scFv of anti-HLA-A to the Fc-hole domain, or vice versa. The Fab-Fc and scFv-Fc fragments can be paired via the interaction of the Fc regions. This BsAb can recruit complements to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Renal cell cancer (RCC); Solid tumors therapy.
HLA-A; major histocompatibility complex, class I, A; HLAA; HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, A-1 alpha chain; antigen presenting molecule; leukocyte antigen class I-A; MHC class I antigen HLA-A heavy chain
