Recombinant Anti-CD64 x Anti-GD2 Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-CD64 and anti-GD2 antibodies, fused to the N-terminus and C-terminus of the Fc separately. This BsAb is bispecific, tetravelant, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. It can retarget neutrophils cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Neuroblastoma; Osteosarcoma; Melanoma; Solid tumors therapy.
