Recombinant Human Anti-CD89 x Human Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Bispecific Antibody (Bibody) (BIBD-H306)

Recombinant Anti-CD89 x Anti-HIV-1 gp41 Bispecific Antibody (Bibody) is a Fab-scFv format that uses heterodimeric Fab as a scaffold, and a scFv region linked to one of its heavy (Fd) or light (L) chain. The scFv of the anti-CD89 specificity is fused to the anti-CD89 heavy or light chain of the Fab. This BsAb can retarget macrophages to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of HIV-1 infection, AIDS therapy.
