Recombinant Anti-CEA x Anti-TNFα Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-CEA and anti-TNFα antibodies, fused to the N-terminus and C-terminus of the Fc separately. This BsAb is bispecific, tetravelant, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. It can retarget cytokine (TNFα) to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Breast cancer; Ovary cancer; Colon cancer; Lung cancer therapy.
