Recombinant Human Anti-CTLA4 x Human Anti-LAG3 Bispecific Antibody (IgG(H)-scFv) is designed to be expressed as a LC and an extended HC with scFv moiety linked to the C terminus. The anti-CTLA4 scFvs are fused to the C terminus of the anti-LAG3 IgG-Fc chain. It is a symmetric bispecific and tetravalent molecule, bivalent for each antigen specificity, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. This BsAb can block CTLA4 and LAG3 signals, enhance T cell activation. It is designed for the research of Solid tumors therapy.
