Recombinant Anti-CTLA4 x Anti-PD1 Bispecific Antibody (Bi-sdAb) is designed to be expressed as a sdAb from anti-CTLA4 antibody variable domains fused with a sdAb from an anti-PD1 antibody variable domains. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. The BsAb exits as monomer in reducing and non-reducing conditions. This BsAb can bind two factors simultaneously and enhance immune response. It is designed for the research of Tumors therapy.
