Recombinant Anti-CTLA4 x Anti-PD1 Bispecific Antibody (Fab-sdAb-sdAb) is designed to be expressed as two polypeptide chains respectively. The Fd fragment and LC from an anti-CTLA4 antibody are both extended with the VHH fragment from an anti-PD1 antibody. This BsAb can bind two factors simultaneously and enhance immune response. It is designed for the research of Tumors therapy.
