Recombinant Anti-CTLA4 x Anti-PD1 Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-CTLA4 and anti-PD1 antibodies, fused to the N-terminus and C-terminus of the Fc separately. This BsAb is bispecific, tetravelant, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. It can bind two factors simultaneously and enhance immune response. It is designed for the research of Tumors therapy.
