Recombinant Anti-DENV x Anti-CD64 Bispecific Antibody (Bibody) is a Fab-VHH format that uses heterodimeric Fab as a scaffold, and a VHH region linked to one of its heavy (Fd) or light (L) chain. The VHH of the anti-CD64 specificity is fused to the anti-DENV heavy or light chain of the Fab. This BsAb can retarget neutrophils cells to dengue virus. It is designed for the research of The Dengue virus infection therapy.
