Recombinant Anti-DENV x Anti-CD64 Bispecific Antibody (IgG-sdAb) is designed to be expressed as a LC and an extended HC with a sdAb linked to the C terminus. It is a symmetric bispecific and tetravalent molecule, bivalent for each antigen specificity, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. This BsAb can retarget neutrophils cells to dengue virus. It is designed for the research of The Dengue virus infection therapy. As required, the sdAb can also be fused to the C terminus of the LC.
