Recombinant Anti-DNMT1 x Anti-SHH Bispecific Antibody (Fab-Fv) (FABFV-150)

Recombinant Anti-DNMT1 x Anti-SHH Bispecific Antibody (Fab-Fv) is designed to be expressed as two polypeptide chains. The heavy chain Fd fragment and light chain of an anti-DNMT1 antibody are fused with the VL and VH domains of an anti-SHH antibody respectively. It can form natural in vivo heterodimerization. This BsAb can bind two factors simultaneously, block Hedgehog binding to PTCH, downregulate of DNMT1 and block DNA methylation. It is designed for the research of Hormone refractory breast cancer (HRBC) therapy.
