Recombinant Human Anti-DNMT1 x Human Anti-SHH Bispecific Antibody (Fv-IgG) (BSDG-H319)

Recombinant Anti-DNMT1 x Anti-SHH Bispecific Antibody (Fv-IgG) is an appended IgG format, which has 2+2 antigen-binding valency. This dual variable domain IgG is generated by appending variable domains of an anti-DNMT1 IgG with similar domains from an anti-SHH antibody via short peptide linkers, or vice versa. This BsAb can bind two factors simultaneously, block Hedgehog binding to PTCH, downregulate of DNMT1 and block DNA methylation. It is designed for the research of Hormone refractory breast cancer (HRBC) therapy.
