Recombinant Anti-DNMT1 x Anti-SHH Bispecific Antibody (scIgG) is designed to be expressed as two chains, each chain has the same units with their parental IgG antibodies, anti-DNMT1 and anti-SHH IgGs. The two chains form heterodimer via Fc KIH technology. This BsAb can bind two factors simultaneously, block Hedgehog binding to PTCH, downregulate of DNMT1 and block DNA methylation. It is designed for the research of Hormone refractory breast cancer (HRBC) therapy.
