Recombinant Anti-EGFR x Anti-HER2 Bispecific Antibody (IgG-sdAb) is designed to be expressed as a LC and an extended HC with a sdAb linked to the C terminus. It is a symmetric bispecific and tetravalent molecule, bivalent for each antigen specificity, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. This BsAb can bind and inactivate two receptors simultaneously. It is designed for the research of Breast cancer; Colon cancer; Lung cancer; Pancreatic cancer; Gastric cancer; Solid tumors therapy. As required, the sdAb can also be fused to the C terminus of the LC.
