Recombinant Anti-EGFR x Anti-PD1 Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is a symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-EGFR and anti-PD1 antibodies, fused to the N-terminus and C-terminus of the Fc separately. This BsAb is bispecific, tetravelant, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. It is designed for the research of tumor therapy.
