Recombinant Anti-EPCAM x Anti-CD28 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for EPCAM and a central site for CD28. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget T cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Melanoma; Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM); Non-small cell lung (NSCLC); Colorectal cancer (CRC); Solid tumors therapy.
