Recombinant Human Anti-FGFR1 x Human Anti-KLB Bispecific Antibody (Minibody) (MiniB-H327)

Recombinant Anti-FGFR1 x Anti-KLB Bispecific Antibody (Minibody) is designed to be expressed as the anti-FGFR1 scFv fused to N-terminus of Knob-CH3 domain and the anti-KLB scFv to the Hole-CH3 domain, or vice versa. The CH3 domains are further stabilized by C-terminal disulfide bonds. This BsAb can bind two factors simultaneously and act as mimetic hormone (FGF21) . It is designed for the research of Type 2 diabetes therapy.
